Posted 3/8/2013 10:12:01 PM (Patch 5.2.0)Simply put, do not kill any of those neutral-flagged bloods. To play it safe, do not use any DoTs / Aoe that can spread to other mobs (such as the mage's Living Bomb). If a group member kills one, you yourself do not need to worry so long as you don't kill any bloods.
