Posted Nov 19, 2015 (Patch 7.0.1)Finally got this trinket after 10 Mythic Dungeons, drops from any boss and you automatically receive it soon as boss dies, no need to loot it.
The buff appears to be like your being hit by a flame attack, from playing pvp its really distracting (sound effects and graphics)
