Posted 3/27/2013 4:06:28 PM (Patch 5.2.0)World drop from approximately level 16 to level 29 monsters. It used to be named Recipe: Elixir of Potion Resistance and was very good way back in the day before Blizzard nerfed potions in general. Do not let the Common quality of the recipe fool you - it's scarcity and potency (again, way back in the day) effectively made it an Uncommon- or even Rare-quality recipe.
