This is a Trading Card Game item, obtained by a rare card in the expansion "Tomb of the Forgotten."

It looks like the scarabs in Zul'farak. Makes a good addition to your pet battle team, I would use the ability setup flank, survival, and apocalypse.

You can find other scarabs in uldum and silithus if you wish to have an all scarab team.

The pet itself is able to be sold on the Auction House if you wanted to. You can do this by learning the BoP pet itself from Landro Longshot, opening your pet tab, right clicking on the pet and putting it 'In a Cage'. This turns the pet into a battle pet and allows you to sell it on the AH.

This is the same method used to sell all other pet that are not captured wild. (eg: pets from Raiding with leashes etc)

Has a nifty swimming animation - appropriately creepy (If you don't like bugs). Looks great when used with "Blessing of the Old God" or the Ultramarine Qiraji Battle Tank and Pendant of the Scarab Storm, it is roughly 2-3 times bigger than the scarabs from the pendant :)

The Swarm-Flank combo would be particularly effective with http://www.warcraftpets.com/abilities/mechanical/call-lightning/ active, the stats(lvl 25) are 1384/289/289 so it is likely to outspeed the oponent, generating 1 more flank and thereby lightning proc on the vulnerable target.

Thank you for the tip, I have been completly uncovniced by this pet, but I might try him again in the pet battles with Call Lightning. This might be interesting tactic. +1
