Posted 10/18/2012 2:23:24 PM (Patch 5.0.5)These goggles reveal some additional nodes for anyone who has them in their inventory. No matter they're an engineer or not. It's only a few additional nodes, most of the numers say something between 5-10% more.
Edit: I posted a screenshot of such a node. They've got some light mist floating around them. That's how they can be recognised.
