If all you are seeing are Seabound Soldier, you'll need to wait until just past the hour for them to be replaced with Seabound Mystic spawns.  The drop rate for the quest item is not very good, so some other hunter probably cleared the place out before you arrived there.

You make the best videos, Tziva.  Lost it when I started hearing mob emotes as chipmunks. XD

I'm really disappointed that it appears that Sigryn's story is only finished if you play a rogue, though.  :\

Only available for purchase while  Darkmoon Faire is active since the vendor is located on Darkmoon Island - unless you are willing to pay the gold to buy it from the Auction House.

The  Inky Blackness buff it applies to the player has a duration of two hours, so you definitely get your gold's worth out of it.  The screen effect creates the appearance of a darker "night" than normal.  If you are like me and keep the CVar ffxGlow disabled, do not worry - the effect still works.  The effectiveness of the screen effect does appear to be affected by what world environment visual effects are present, however, so Your Mileage May Vary.

It does not persist through death.

Drakol'nir is located in a cave beneath Nithogg's spawn point... not that anyone has seen Nithogg in months...

Anywho, the coordinates are 47.5, 28.3.

    • Illusion: Deathfrost is now awarded from the Satchel of Chilled Goods instead of the Ice Chest. It is not awarded from the Knapsack of Chilled Goods.

You don't have to wait for Khadgar to stop speaking or for the portal to the Purple Parlor to appear.  Simply run all the way up the stairs to the door at top and you will instantly be teleported to the parlor.  Sadly, there is no short-cutting the dialogue you must listen to for In Dire Need.

Got this Archaeology quest finally in Patch 7.2.5.  This is among the most useless "rewards" of the profession.  It probably sucked even when it was new.  :|

This item is looted from Oddly-Colored Egg.  The process for obtaining the item is not especially hard, but can be time-consuming depending on what you buy and what you farm for the stuff needed to get past all the obstacles.

This spell ID was originally for Raccoon Kit, which appears to have never existed except inside a test client of WoW.  Please do not provide feedback to WoWDB that the tooltip is broken.  The problem is on Blizzard's end, not ours.  (Click the Wowhead link in the Quick Info box up top-right - they have the exact same problem.)  I am keeping the screenshot by NateJay - by the way, NateJay, that is a really good screenshot - for historical purposes; please do not report it, either.

Now, on to the actual topic:  Sun Darter Hatchling is beautiful.  Even on low graphic settings, it remains a bright spot of colors.  It's also unusual as a battle pet because this faerie dragon is Critter type.  If you are going for pet battle achievements that require specific pet combinations, this is worth at least considering to add to your arsenal.

I am also happy to report that Sun Darter Hatchling is not unique and can be caged.  I do not believe that it may be collected more than once per character, so this strongly favors altoholics if you are auction house goblin - though as any real auction house goblin would tell you, the gold-making opportunity here is not in the pet but in selling the items needed to get to its egg. ;)

Here is a concise video overview of the items needed and when to use them by Hazelnuttygames.

As a note since this is not especially obvious.

If you have Artifact Knowledge work order(s) in progress at your class order hall, then this item will only take your character up to 38 (or 39). You will need to pick up the work order(s) and use them to reach the cap.

Ignore the drop percentages - it's skewed because it is counting total kills, not kills by those characters who also had the quest active in their log at the time.

There is no letter to read, but there is voiced dialogue that plays upon picking up the item.

SI:7 Orders say: I, Master Mathias Shaw, hereby authorize The Red Blade to hunt down the rogue agent Amber Kearnen.

SI:7 Orders say: Bring me her head, and The Red Blade will have full access to Stormwind Bay and a royal pardon for past crimes committed.

You'll need to travel to Undercity.  If you use a portal or some other means to teleport directly to Undercity, then completely exit the city via the sewers (the back entrance to the sub-zone).  Thassarian will not appear until your character has left any sub-zone that is Undercity or related to Undercity, then re-enters the sewers.  This quest takes place in a scenario version of the Undercity.

Pro Tip:  As a death knight, you can  Control Undead.

The scenario is not very long.  You escort Thassarian through the sewers, battling Sewer Sludge and Blighted Ghoul.  (Don't stand in bad and you will be just fine.)  You'll also fight through a few Undercity Guardian abominations - but don't worry, these abominations are not nearly as fearsome as the actual city guards.  The last mob you may end up fighting is a real elite - over 8 million HP at level 110 - but I stress the word may.  Thassarian ran right past Gurgoth  without drawing aggro nor aggroing on the creature.  Careful timing on my part allowed me to run past it, too, without aggroing it.

At that point, it's GG folks.  Open the cage holding Koltira Deathweaver wait for the Death Gate, and click it to return to your class order hall.
