The best place to farm for these is at Windward Isle in Jade Forest (66, 25) over where the Cloud Serpent dailies take place. On the eastern side of the island, there are big groups of Saltback Turtles and Saltback Yearlings that have relatively low health and a higher droprate for turtle meat than the lower-level turtles in Four Winds or Krasarang. You can gather them up and AoE them down without aggroing too many saurok along with them.

If you just need a few more pieces of meat for a cooking recipe in Halfhill and don't want to fly all the way over to the far end of Jade Forest, the Torjari Pit lake in southwest Valley of Four Winds (20, 75) has a good number of turtles without anything else, and they are also easily AoE'd with fast respawn times.

One of the quests that is unlocked upon reaching Exalted with the Sunreavers.

Simply take the drums to the area around the Engine of the Makers in Storm Peaks, and you will see Mysterious Snow Mounds. Use the drums, and either a Deep Jormungar or a Stormforged Marauder iron dwarf in a drilling machine will come out. The jormungars have a 100% drop rate of the quest item, and in my experience, it's about 50/50 which one will appear, so on average you will need to use the drums eight times.

Doing these quests at level 87 for tournament tokens, the iron dwarf NPCs don't actually aggro on me when they spawn, so it's easy enough to just walk to the next mound and try again.

Collect four Winter Hyacinths from the frosty cliff between Crystalsong Forest and Icecrown, then bring them to the circle of lights on the lake outside of Drak'theron Keep. Use the flowers, and the troll NPC will appear to give you the sword.

Unlike the other tournament weapon quests, this one does not automatically place the weapon in your bag. The NPC will speak a few lines, then the sword will appear next to her. It can then be looted by other people who are on the quest, even if they did not collect the necessary flowers. Be aware that if you do not loot the sword quickly enough (if, for example, you get bored waiting for her to talk and alt-tab for a bit) then the sword will despawn and you will need to fly all the way back to Icecrown to get more flowers.
