Encrypted Twilight Text and turn them in to Hermit Ortell, ten at a time. Players will immediately receive 40 silver; later, the NPC will mail players a pack of 
Decoded True Believer Clippings (one pack awarded per text turn-in). These packs have a chance to contain old-world recipes for crafting items. Along with the pack is this letter:
