This is an incredibly strange NPCID; "Simon Unit" is actually two completely different NPCs - each with their own models, names, abilities, and even loot tables. Somehow, it is both a "Gan'arg Analyzer" AND a "Bash'ir Arcanist". Basically, all mobs within 10 yards or so of the "Simon Says" games located throughout Blade's Edge Mountains are all actually this NPC. It is possible that this is actually a mistake because the NPCID 1 higher (23386) is called "Gan'arg Analyzer" but it has never been in-game. However, Wowhead comments mention this bug as far back as Patch 2.4, which leads me to believe that if this is a bug, it has been bugged for over 6 years!
Gan'arg Analyzer (Level 70 Demon): Located near the "Simon Says" objects in western Blade's Edge Mountains, near Ogri'la. Some of the drops specific to the Gan'arg Analyzer are Mark of Sargeras, Fel Armaments, and the Schematic: Field Repair Bot 110G required to make reagents for Jeeves.
Bash'ir Arcanist (Level 70 Humanoid): Located near the "Simon Says" objects in northern Blade's Edge Mountains, near The Crystal Spine. This mob's major specific drop is the Ethereum Prison Key. The abilities listed under "Casts" belong to this mob; the Gan'arg Analyzer has no abilities. To make matters even more confusing, there is ANOTHER mob named "Bash'ir Arcanist" in the same section of Blade's Edge Mountains that has a different loot table (the other Arcanist version has. Remember that if the "Arcanist" is near a "Simon Says" unit, it is the one described on this page. If it is not near a "Simon Says" unit, it is actually this mob: Bash'ir Arcanist
