Be aware though that while it may be sunny in Southern Stranglethorn, the island has it's own weather making it very likely that it could rain there while it doesn't elsewhere in the zone. The times when it happens are completely random.

Posted 1/29/2013 9:39:41 AM (Patch 5.1.0)Make sure the toon you're using isn't phased with the Zandalari questlines from 4.1.
If they are, you won't be able to see the pets, or any other animals in the area.
