Posted 10/10/2012 1:41:39 PM (Patch )He drops Enormous Kunchong Mandibles which is a hidden daily quest for 130 Klaxxi rep. He only spawns the day dailies are open near The Heart of Fear. Like all quest mobs, he's able to be tagged by everyone.
