Stop the Fires!
The Masked Orphan Matron wants you to help put out all the village fires. When they are out, speak again to the Masked Orphan Matron in town.

Description
The Horde's children need you, <name>. The Headless Horseman, once a human paladin and now an insane fiend, has set fire to our village! You must put out those fires!
Grab a bucket and throw it onto the blaze, or toss it to an ally who is closer to the flames. Extinguish all the fires and thwart the Headless Horseman!

This daily is quite similar to the prerequisite quests. Use the water bucket to put out the fires around the area. If the efforts of you and other players are successful, the Headless Horseman (an elite level 11 version) will land and you will be able to engage him. Once defeated, a Large Jack-o'-Lantern appears in the middle of the village. The Large Jack-o'-Lantern gives the daily quest Smash the Pumpkin, which you turn in (along with Stop the Fires!) to the Orphan Matron, who will then give you a Crudely Wrapped Gift, which can contain the following:
Crudely Wrapped Gift as well as masks and wands.
