Posted 3/4/2013 9:58:45 PM (Patch 5.2.0)The Sky Claw is a new mount crafted by through Engineering: Sky Claw. To get the Schematic: Sky Claw, you must kill Itoka until he drops a Peculiar Energy Source. After turning in that quest nearby, you will get Notes on Lightning Stabilization, which contain the schematic.
