G.N.E.R.D.S. in order to get this achievement since you would die quite often.

Posted Oct 18, 2012 (Patch 5.1.0)A fairly straight-forward achievement. Obtain 10 honorable kills while under the buff that is given by the G.N.E.R.D.S. candy.
G.N.E.R.D.S. can be obtained from the Handful of Treats, which can be obtained from the candy bucket quests or from the fiery pumpkin at the end of Stop the Fires quest. They can also be bought from Dorothy (Alliance) and Chub (Horde).
Note: This buff does not persist through death, so if you are killed you'll have to eat another G.N.E.R.D.S. to regain the buff.
