An easy way to do it is to assign 1 dps in TORNADO Phase, to run middle of the room and click on lit brazier, then go back by tornado to start and light the unlit ones. Then do the actual tornado run to the end of the hallway and burn the last ones.
This way is safer than doing the far ones first, because the latter way forces you to run two times in the tornado, while doing as I said in the opening you just run 1  and 1/2 time
