 Rocketeer: Gold awards  Everlasting Darkmoon Firework.  Earning gold in the race will also award your character with the bronze and silver achievements as well as  Blast Off!

If you've done the first style of racing from March, you will be familiar with the concept of using the vehicle's cooldowns at certain times to decrease time spent on each lap.  As you can see in the video below, the Rocketeer racer has different abilities from its rocket-less cousin.
