Posted Sep 15, 2013 (Patch 5.4.0)This iteration of Valor was introduced in patch 4.0.1. The weekly cap was also introduced in that patch. It wouldn't be until Patch 5.0.4 that an overall cap was added.
Removed in Patch 6.0.2, and any items that use this currency will instead require gold.
