To add:

When you reach exalted (aka Best Friends) with Old Hillpaw, he also mails you a "spare" Straw Hat.

While that version is not transmoggable, Gina Mudclaw sells a straw hat with the same aesthetic in all armor types that is transmoggable.

I also had this extra hat lying around, and I thought I'd give it to you. It's good for keeping the sun off your face.

His favorite gift is Blue Feather.

When you reach exalted with him he gives you Hillpaw's Chicken.

His daily cooking turn in is 5x Braised Turtle.
