I hope Ghostcrawler didn't lie to us when he said there were going to be cool weapon procs for the weapons out of Siege. Maybe that just haven't added them on the weapons yet.

pretty sure the stats are placeholder.  same secondaries as Uroe and same weapon speed.  atleast i hope so.

3.6 is the same weapon speed as a lot of the 2H Axes in Mists, at least raiding and dungeons. Also, the secondaries might be the same type, but this axe puts more emphasis on MAstery, while Uroe put more emphasis on crit. 

Yea during the Sha of Pride fight, Garrosh's Gorehowl is planted in the ground in the middle of the room.  Maybe this is just a mid-tier weapon with no procs, while the proc weapons are off Garrosh?  Idk, but no procs doesn't sound right.
