Posted Jun 5, 2014 (Patch 6.0.1)In Warlords of Draenor, this item will be added to the new Toy Box feature and no longer take up a bag slot. You will be able to "use" the item straight from the Toy Box interface.
The Toy Box will be account-wide and therefore so will this item.

Posted Jul 15, 2014 (Patch 6.0.1)Moonfang's Paw can be sold on the Auction House. Unfortunately, the item is Unique so it is somewhat of a pain in the butt if you want to auction multiples of it.
