Posted Dec 19, 2014 (Patch 6.0.3)As of a December 18th hotfix, the effect of this toy is removed upon the player mounting up. This is because it was being abused by some to interfere with others' gameplay (blocking important / popular NPCs, objects, etc.).
This is why fun things get nerfed.
