Mysterious Fruit Pile be found at 52.1, 63.8 in The Imperial Granary sub-zone, underneath the wooden arch leading into the building where Cornan is located.

Mesmerizing Fruit Hat was added in Patch 6.0.2, but had no means of being obtained until the source was added in Patch 6.2.3.

Some notes:

• Using the hat will display the bowl of fruit on top of your head for 1 hour, during which time your character will continuously do its dance animation and any nearby friendly NPCs will form a conga line with you.
• It does not replace your head equipment.
• Movement speed is, of course, reduced.  You may know how to dance, but not at the  Speed of Light. =P
• Teleporting via a mage spell, hearthstone, or garrison hearthstone; or logging out will remove the buff.
