Posted Mar 9, 2015 (Patch 6.1)Don't be confused by the drop rate percentages - they are skewed by people who already have a whistle.
If you do NOT have a secretive whistle yet, the drop rate will be 100% the first time you pickpocket one of these mobs.

Pick Pocket on my rogue alt last night from Mokrik Blackfingers, though I imagine it could be obtained from any of the mobs for the phased 90 areas of Blasted Lands.
Using this item summons Griftah. The player will have the option of fencing their goods to him and in return receive
Dingy Iron Coins.
The amount varies on what you have. For example:
NOTE: You can only fence items that you have pickpocketed. If you have none, you just wasted a CD.
