This item ID was re-used in Patch 7.1.5 (possibly earlier but those are the earliest Wowhead comments that mention the new item name and source). The toy is bind on pick-up but can be traded to other players in the same raid. It drops on all raid difficulties for the Gul'dan encounter in Nighthold.
This toy will only appear in your Toy Box if you own it.
Added to the Toy Box in (WoD) Beta Build 18848. Edit: Aaaand removed from Toy Box a couple builds later. :(
The Toy Box allows players to store vanity items in a manner similar to companions and mounts, without requiring physical storage space. The Toy Box will accessible through the user interface, as part of what is currently the Mounts And Pets interface. The Toy Box is account wide
, so you will only need to purchase Pack of Hearthstone Cards on one character.-
