Posted May 9, 2016 (Patch 7.0.1)The Endothermic Blaster is the name of an ability used by Mei from Overwatch; hence, the groan-worthy flavor text. Edit: I've been informed that the flavor text of the item is one of Mei's phrases in the game. I don't own or watch Overwatch, so I didn't know.
I wonder how much of its effect will mimic the ability's effect.

Feast of Winter Veil world event, but it has not been made available for this year. Hopefully it will make an appearance in 2016.
