There is the Exquisite Costume Set: "Edwin VanCleef" that was added to the database alongside Deathwing's costume, but it is not available in the game. If I had to guess, Blizzard is saving the Edwin costume for 2016. The Edwin costume made available as part of the WoW's 11th Anniversary event the same year (2015).
I've got plenty of space on some of my alts, so I've been collecting all the Exquisite Costumes on my mage in the hope that Blizzard will eventually see reason on them.
The problem is that, if Blizzard takes away the charge restriction, then they will add a huge cooldown to the item. So, if you want to have the transformation on demand you have to accept that it has charges.

I'd rather take the cooldown, and free up a couple slots and not be concerned about needing to grind for it again, than have charges.
