Added in Patch 6.2.2, this toy is based on the Deathbringer's Will trinket from Deathbringer Saurfang in Icecrown Citadel. The trinket was very popular for its armor penetration (a secondary stat that has since been removed), with the transformation effect being icing on the cake. I'm happy that there is finally a toy version.
In the September 10, 2015 hotfix, the buff was adjusted to both allow it to persist in combat and be used while in combat.
