Using this toy will play a short cutscene where the user is cowering as Deathwing looms above the area, yelling "I shall tear this world apart!" before swooping in and setting everything on fire.

Also, the flavor text isn't kidding; I took a 50% hit to my character's health. >_<

This item is likely a new toy sold by the Timewalking vendors for the recently announced Cataclysm dungeons added to the Timewalking dungeon bonus event rotation.  The toy will also likely have a comparable price to the more expensive timewalking toys currently available.

I really hope that the "simulation" is an illusion of everything set on fire.  Ah, such interesting times back then...

As for the item's name itself, it is a reference to Lucien Tosselwrench, who starts the quest The Day that Deathwing Came: The Real Story. (Hilarious quest chain, I highly recommend it.)
