There is a problem with this particular lure in that it gives a certain rare fish without the Underlight Angler equipped, but gives the incorrect rare fish with the UA equipped.

Without the Angler equipped, such as when initially using the lures to get the Legion rare fish achievement, using the Swollen Murloc Egg results in catching the Mountain Puffer rare fish.

With the Angler equipped, using the Swollen Murloc Egg instead gives you the Coldriver Carp rare fish.
