Hotfix 2017-06-26:

• Illusion: Deathfrost is now awarded from the Satchel of Chilled Goods instead of the Ice Chest. It is not awarded from the Knapsack of Chilled Goods.

This drops from Ahune -- or rather, the cache -- during the  Midsummer Fire Festival.  It will first be available beginning with 2017's run of the world event.
