Not worth purchasing, in my opinion.  Although it does substantially increase the amount of Sightless Eye looted from the rare's corpse, it is not enough to even recoup the cost of buying Wild Mana Wand.  I suppose it could be useful as a means of quickly boosting another player's character's amount of Sightless Eye currency if you have plenty of your own to spare.
