Fangs of Ashamane.
"No one has acquired it yet that we know of, but we have a lead on how to acquire it. Perhaps daily in the Emerald Dreamway you will see an emote in your chat log referencing a feral screech coming from one of the portals. Cross through that portal, look for the nearby moonstone, and touch it. You will receive a buff for 20 seconds, but no one has figured out what to do from that point on." (WoW forum post)
Honestly, this seems stupidly convoluted and a time-sink in one of its purest forms going by the length and depth that Odrok has gone to. I quoted the one post here because the druids in that thread are still puzzling out the method of acquisition and it seems the best theory at this point.
