Skull of the Man'ari.
Its source is unknown.
Trivia: Phrenology was the pseudo-science of determining a person's personality and psychological attributes from measuring certain areas of the person's skull. The theory was that the brain had specific areas for a person's character and by measuring the corresponding areas of the skull, one could quantify that person's advantage or disadvantage in that psychological trait. Apparently, Thal'kiel was a hit with the ladies at parties.
