Posted Mar 7, 2018 (Patch 8.0.1)This toy was never seen in either alpha nor beta for the Legion expansion. Magi Focusing Crystal would eventually be removed from the Toy Box UI altogether in Patch 7.2.0, which leads me to believe that its inclusion on live was an oversight.
