Posted Oct 27, 2015 (Patch 6.2.3)I looted this today from a
Big Crate of Salvage.
This dropped from the pre-Cataclysm version of Grizlak (who was renamed to Kubb make room for a new Grizlak with a Cataclysm NPC ID), along with
Wax-Polished Armor. They became unobtainable when all classic mobs' unique loot tables were replaced with generic versions. Your only chance at this cloak is either from the Auction House or from the Salvage Yard building.
