Argent Dawn Commission. The next upgrade from base is 
Seal of the Dawn / 
Rune of the Dawn. Prior to Patch 3.0.2, the next and final upgrade was a choice between this trinket and 
Mark of the Champion. None of the Argent Dawn commission trinkets are obtainable by players anymore, as the associated quests were removed in Cataclysm. They still work, however you won't be able to turn in any of the scourgestones - 
Inert Minion's Scourgestone, 
Inert Invader's Scourgestone, and 
Inert Corruptor's Scourgestone - that drop.
If you lose or destroy your Argent Dawn commission trinket, you can still speak to Argent Quartermaster Hasana (H) or Argent Officer Pureheart (A) to replace it.
