Posted Jul 15, 2013 (Patch 5.4.0)Primal Nether is also dropped by the final boss in Heroic-mode Burning Crusade dungeons. For newer players, Primal Nether served the same purpose as
Chaos Orb in Cataclysm (and 
Frozen Orb in Wrath of the Lich King). There is no crafting equivalent in Mists of Pandaria.
