Posted May 3, 2017 (Patch 7.2.5)Found in Northrend from...just about any mob. You must have a decent level of cooking (I believe 300) in order to even see them drop- but it's an incredibly common drop. Doing a Northrend dungeon will likely be all you need to get this, and the various other emotion recipes.
