Posted Sep 13, 2015 (Patch 6.2.2)This is the original Talon of Vultros. It dropped from Vultros but, like nearly all mobs that had a unique loot table, it was removed from Vultros' loot table. It was later re-added to the game in Patch 6.0.2 as a level 7 dagger (see "Other Versions" tab).
