Posted Mar 31, 2013 (Patch 5.3.0)This chocolates are collected from Brightly Colored Eggs that are found during Noblegarden around each race's second town (first proper town after starting area): Azure Watch, Bloodhoof Village, Brill, Dolanaar, Fairbreeze Village, Goldshire, Kharanos, and Razor Hill.
The chocolates can be used to purchase various rewards like Swift Springstrider, Spring Rabbit's Foot, Tome of Polymorph: Rabbit and various outfits from Noblegarden Vendors.
If you don't desire to purchase anything with them, you can eat the chocolates and earn various achievements based on the quantities: Chocolate Lover and/or Chocoholic.
