Posted Jan 29, 2013 (Patch 5.2.0)I farmed this Schematic from Library Guardians not far from Ulduar, I don't know if the drop chance has been increased or not but I got it just after a few kills.
I also recieved a engineering quest that is required to learn how to make Scrapbot Construction Kit from the same mobs, which is a reagent for Jeeves.
It only drops for engineers since they are the only ones able to salvage the robots :) Good luck in your farming!
