These pants can either be a rare drop from Brightly Colored Eggs collected during Noblegarden, or can be purchased with the Noblegarden Chocolates found within the eggs.  However, if you are working on the achievement Sunday's Finest, you must get the pants directly from the eggs themselves.

At this time, these pants cannot be used for transmog on real items since it is not technically classified as an armor type.
