Posted Jun 1, 2013 (Patch 5.3.0)A reference to Hakkari Bijou which dropped in Zul'Gurub (raid). They were very nice for leveling your reputation with Zandalar Tribe. The Zandalar Tribe was removed as a friendly faction in Patch 4.0.1 and all players which had reached Exalted had their achievement,
Hero of the Zandalar Tribe, converted into a Feat of Strength.
