Posted Apr 14, 2014 (Patch 6.0.1)You can only loot one of these per week from mobs. At a very low chance, it is possible to obtain more for that week from sources other than mobs.
Edit: Rendered unobtainable in Patch 6.0.2. The scenario itself was not removed, so you can still access it provided you have any keys remaining.
