Be careful when entering the building where Noressa is located. There is a Felbourne Sorceror in there that will immediately drop your illusion and attack. Noressa is a neutral mob, but she will aggro on you if you accidentally hit her with AoE while fighting the caster.

These nodes are underground inside the Sleeper's Barrow, which in turn is located in the Furbolg Village. The coord's for the entrance are (49, 85).

Terribly designed quest. Lost track of the number of times I died and trying to heal myself ended up with mobs that weren't even aggroed on me suddenly finding my druid worthy of attacking. The quest completed during my last corpse run, so I guess Thisalee did the work for me.

If you do too much damage, everything in the area aggros on you. If you attack the mobs at the portals, the named boss aggros on you. Heal yourself? Aggro.

posted a message on Aviana's Grace

Quest bugged, though not surprising. Clicked on the offering bowl but Thisalee did not go into her speech and Aviana did not appear to complete the quest. Tried logging out, but I was stuck in combat thanks to the mobs outside. Decided to just drop the quest and re-pick it back up. That did the trick. The RP event triggered and Aviana is now visible.

To complete this quest, you need to mind control a nearby Salteye Hookblade murloc, then use the murloc to destroy the cage Yalia is kept in.

Be careful though. If you don't clear out the area, your mind controlled murloc will aggro any nearby murlocs. The aggro range is very high.

Got hit by a bug when trying to use this power today. Clicking the button on my bar gave me an error message: "You cannot transform right now."

I was not in combat, not on uneven ground, not mounted, and nothing was aggroed on me. My character was standing in a safe area of Highmountain.

Going into and out of combat by fighting and defeating a mob was the key to fixing the issue. As soon as I finished the fight, I could once again transform my Worgen into human form.

    posted a message on Downfall

I have to say this is one of the most frustrating experiences for me in Legion to date. It took me many tries to get the hang of gliding back to his cloud without falling.

Once I got Downfall to about 35% health, he just kept repeatedly kicking me up into the sky every few seconds. Needless to say, it was nearly impossible to do any DPS at that point. I don't know if the fight bugged, or what happened. I gave up on that attempt and retried, mounting up and flying to him. During this attempt, he only tossed me 3 times and I was finally able to beat him. Watching his smug bat face fall to the ground was excellent. :D

Margaux disappeared on me just after the part of the tour where she stops the guard from punishing the exhausted worker. I wasn't afk. I was standing right behind her as the conversation went on. No idea why she just turned and walked away and vanished. I tried visiting all the previous areas to restart the tour, but she wasn't at any of them, including the wine tasting table. I exited the game, cleared my WoW cache folder, then logged back in. Margaux then appeared at the wine tasting table.

If you click on the bowl after receiving the Ritual Bundle, but the quest does not go on to completion, drop the quest and try again. That did the trick for me today.

The npc version of the Archmage for this quest is located upstairs in the Violet Citadel. He appears as a hologram reading by a bookshelf. The Archmage npc located in Violet Hold has nothing to do with this quest.

For those that are there to get Scotty's Lucky Coin for the Sun Darter Hatchling pet challenge, please be mindful that others need the coin as well. Be respectful and wait your turn. His respawn rate is about 7 mins, give or take.

This item is needed for obtaining the battlepet: Sun Darter Hatchling. The transformation into Scotty allows you to bypass the thorn gate in the cavern.

A tip for those in pursuit of this little beauty: trying to shortcut things by jumping down or dropping off of ledges anywhere in the cave will get you ported out and you'll have to run back, losing valuable time. The dwarves sage advice in the game, "Keep your feet on the ground!" is never more true than in this. The caution of not jumping off is also applicable to the long ramp that you have to go up to enter the other two chambers before the egg chamber. I tried jumping down from the top to the tunnel below. Got ported the moment I hit the ground.

At the end, read the plaque, use the scroll, then go down the ramp to the water. Do not jump off the little rise to make a straight run for the egg. Trust me. You will get ported out. (Not that I found that out by personal experience. More than once. Nope.)

For general info, here is the original guide put together by the wonderful players that discovered how to obtain this pet.

Even though the tootip on this pet says "Pickpocket" as the acquisition source, you don't actually pickpocket the pet itself. Instead, after a short quest chain originating in the Rogue Class Hall, you gain the ability to pickpocket common to epic items off mobs that are changed to a special currency, Coins of Air. This special rogue currency is then used to purchase rewards from Griftah. This pet costs 10,000 Coins, is cageable and can be sold.
