Posted Jul 4, 2014 (Patch 6.0.1)Burning Felguard is a rare spawn from the portals created by Scarshield Warlocks in Lower Blackrock Spire. Do not confuse with Blackhand Summoners in Upper Blackrock Spire!
Normally, imps and felhounds spawn from Scarshield Warlock portals. Since dungeon groups will generally attack casters - particularly summoners - first, it is unlikely that you will encounter this rare elite while in a party. If you are wanting
Phase Blade or 
Demonskin Gloves, you'll need to farm them by yourself.
Be careful not kill the warlock while killing other mobs in the group.
