A player can speak to Sayge to receive Sayge's Dark Fortune buff which has a two-hour duration. The specific version of the buff depends on the conversation the player has with Sayge, and can only be acquired once every several hours. For more information, see Sayge's Fortunes on Wowpedia.

I confiscate the corn... + I would speak against my brother = +10% stamina
I confiscate the corn... + I would speak for my brother = +10% strength
I confiscate the corn... + I would create some surreptitious = +10% agility

I allow the man to take... + I would show...someone else in fact did = +10% intelligence
I allow the man to take... + I would show...to help his family = +1% versatility
I allow the man to take... + I would remain silent = +10% armor
