Posted Mar 2, 2013 (Patch 5.2.0)Karr the Darkener spawns only in the Dread Wastes. However, being so close to the zone border, it is possible to end up being in Valley of the Four Winds despite the wall (Serpent's Spine) that's there.
Be prepared for stiff competition - this guy has a chance to drop a battle pet.
