Posted Oct 5, 2012 (Patch 4.3.2 or earlier)Kite him over the corpses on the ground so that he eats them, which will give him energy. Once his energy is full he will turn around and cast Upchuck, giving you 10 seconds to DPS him. Continue this until he reaches 30% health.
Once at 30% health he puts you in your mouth and slowly kills you. You have to kill him before he kills you!
