Posted Jan 29, 2013 (Patch 5.2.0)I know this boss hasn't been killed (on 10M Heroic) a ton since there are almost no guides on YouTube but I feel the boss is actually killable after a night or two. My guild is just having trouble with scary fog stack management and the thought process behind it. If anyone could enlighten me so I could pass it on and hopefully kill her this week.
Our comp is:
Pally Tank, Druid Tank
Disc Priest, Resto Shaman, Holy Pally
Ele Shaman, Mage, Rogue, Shadow Priest, Hunter (me)
Right now we have myself (Hunter) and a Mage managing the stacks. We have tried it a few different ways. Letting the stacks go indefinitely, which we had one bizarre attempt where we were kept alive and we ended up with high-20 something stacks and a 10% wipe. We have also tried capping our stacks at 10-12 then resetting but it usually ended up going through long stretches where she would only have 2-4 stacks on her.
Is there some kind of trick to doing this that I'm not seeing in the videos?
